Pricing and Payment

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before tour departure receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings
• In case of cancellation by neo-bear, a full refund or alternative date will be offered
• No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

• Arrive on time at designated meeting points
• Follow guide instructions and safety recommendations
• Respect other participants and local communities
• Dress appropriately for weather and activity level
• Disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect participation

• Emergency medical treatment will be sought if necessary, at participant expense

Liability Limitations

• neo-bear is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control
• Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific tour booking
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of neo-bear or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission.
